Medication in School

Due to new Health and Safety Regulations and Safeguarding Procedures, as a school we now have to implement a new parental agreement for the school to administer medication.

For the administration of Paracetamol: (tablets or liquid form) a parental consent form needs to be completed and returned to Student Services in order for us to administer medication. This form is available by clicking here.

For the administration of Prescribed medication: again a parental consent form needs to be completed and returned to Student Services with the medication in its original packaging with the pharmacy label. For students on prescribed medication the consent form is available by clicking here.

For the administration of ‘Over the Counter’ medication: As above a parental consent form needs to be completed and returned to Student Services with the medication in its original packaging. This consent form is available by clicking here.
