Redden Court operates a house system that is entirely run by Student Voice. The aims of the house system are to encourage students to try their hardest and to provide opportunities for competition within the school community. Students can earn points for their houses by competing in sporting events, taking part in Faculty competitions, and by learning thinking and lifestyle merits in their lessons and around the school. The students themselves came up with the names for the houses, which are named after British people who have contributed significantly to their field or profession.
